To enhance the supervision of imported food safety and facilitate imported food trade, the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) recently issued the Regulations on the Registration Administration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food (GACC Decree No. 280), together with its supporting Announcement GACC No. 27 of 2026. The new regulation and related policies will officially come into force on June 1, 2026.
In this webinar, Ms. Rae Deng, the Food Regulatory Consultant from REACH24H, will firstly introduce the upcoming new requirement for overseas food manufacturer registration, including the revised registration product catalogue, validity period, and the updated renewal mechanism. This webinar will provide an in-depth analysis of these regulatory changes, and offer actionable support to help your enterprise maintain smooth access to the Chinese market.
