Background

The second draft of China's Food Safety Law, the overarching food law, was released at the end of 2014. Improvements have been made to the first draft released earlier in mid-2014. The latest draft is currently open for public consultation until Jan 19th 2015.

These free webinars, featuring our expert at REACH24H, will introduce you to the most significant changes in imported food regulatory compliance obligations in the second draft of the Food Safety Law .
