This enforcement decree is applicable to all kinds of health (functional) foods in Korea. This regulation includes food subject to special control, matters subject to modified registration, business entities deemed to have obtained registration of business, procedures, etc. For administrative support, revocation, etc. Of registration, criteria for calculation of penalty surcharges imposed in lieu of disposition for suspension of business and other administrative penalty.
