Regulations on Inspection of Imported Health Functional Food

The regulation was replaced by the Regulation on Declaration and Inspection of Imported Food.

This regulation is applicable to imported health functional foods in Korea. This regulation includes the detailed information of import notification, management of distribution, inspection, verifying labels and advertisement, minimum importation amount and related document.
