Food Safety and Standards (Contaminants, Toxins and Residues) Regulation, 2011 (Compendium Version in 2022)

This Regulation specifies contaminant, toxin and residues level in food in India. It includes general, level of contaminant, toxin and residues. It is a Compendium Version in 2022. 

The amendments in this Regulation include substitution of the Table(4) in 2.3.2: Antibiotic and Other Pharma-Cologically Active Substances, which was operationalized w.e.f. 1st April, 2019 vide Direction F.No. 1-100/SP(PAR)- Notification/Enf/FSSAI/2014 (Part file) dated 29th March, 2019.
