The first method of this standard is applicable to the qualitative testing of Listeria monocytogenes in food; the second method is applicable to the counting of Listeria monocytogenes in foods with high Listeria monocytogenes content; the third method is applicable to the counting of Listeria monocytogenes in foods with low Listeria monocytogenes content.
