Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) (Amendment) Regulation 2025

Detailed requirements as below:

• Mini-cup jelly confectionery products with a height or width of 45 mm or less must not contain konjac.

• All prepackaged konjac-containing jelly confectionery products must carry the following warning statements both in Chinese and English:

  “Caution: Do not swallow whole.  Elderly and children must consume under supervision.”

「注意：勿一口吞食，長者及兒童須在監護下食用。」
