It includes citation, interpretation, standards of composition, marking and labeling, labeling of prepackaged food, nutrition labeling of prepackaged food and nutrition claim, nutrition labeling of infant formulae, follow-up formulae and prepackaged food for infants and young children, offences and penalties, name in which proceedings may be brought, compliance with other labeling requirements, and schedules.
