Cap. 132W Food and Drugs (Composition and Labeling) Regulations is applicable to composition and labeling of food. It includes citation, interpretation, standards of composition, marking and labeling, labeling of prepackaged food, nutrition labeling of prepackaged food and nutrition claim, nutrition labeling of infant formulae, follow-up formulae and prepackaged food for infants and young children, offences and penalties, name in which proceedings may be brought, compliance with other labeling requirements, and schedules.
