Summary

The decision amends the Food Safety Law by introducing a permit system for road bulk transport of key liquid foods. Besides, it mandates the registration of liquid infant formula products. 

Contents:

  1. Add four paragraphs to Article 41 to become paragraphs 2,3,4 and 5.

  2. After the term "infant formula milk powder" in Articles 81, 82 and 124, insert "infant formula liquid milk".
  3. Add three paragraphs to Article 132 to become paragraphs 2, 3 and 4.
