Law No. 55/2010/QH12 on Food Safety (Food Safety Law 2010) (Consolidated Document 02/VBHN-VPQH)

This Law incorporates revisions put forward by Law No. 28/2018/QH14. It prescribes the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals in ensuring food safety; conditions for ensuring food safety, food production and trading, and food import and export; advertising, food labeling; food testing; risk analysis for food safety; prevent, prevent and remedy food safety incidents; information, education and communication on food safety; responsible for state management of food safety.
