The Decree details specific articles and measures to implement the Law on Product and Goods Quality (Law No. 05/2007/QH12 amended by Law No. 78/2025/QH15). It establishes regulations on risk assessment and classification of goods (high, medium, low risk), the development of national quality infrastructure, and the application of digital technology in quality management. The Decree mandates requirements for product traceability, codes and barcodes, and state inspection procedures for imported and circulating goods. It also specifies mandatory labeling requirements for various product groups, including foods, health supplements, feeds, and chemicals.
