Vietnam’s new Decree 37/2026/NĐ-CP implements the Law on Product and Goods Quality, unifying product quality management with labeling rules and introducing “Best Before” date and e-labeling requirements. 2. The Decree replaces the old Group 1/Group 2 model with a quantitative risk-based classification (Low/Medium/High), linking it to differentiated conformity assessment and import inspection.
