This technical amendment modifies Clause 3.7 of GSO 995:2021 and updates the labeling requirements for added sweeteners in food products. It requires the quantity of added sweeteners to be declared in mg/ml, mg/kg, or per serving. When a mixture of sweeteners is used, the quantity of each sweetener in the mixture must be declared separately.
