GSO 2507:2016/Amd 1:2017 General Standard on Food Enzymes

This document is the first amendment to the Gulf Standard GSO 2507:2016 "General Standard on Food Enzymes". This amendment deletes items related to food enzymes derived from porcine sources due to conflict with Islamic law. This amendment enters into force on April 27, 2017.
