GSO 1326:2010/Amd 1:2021 Frozen Yoghurt

This document is the first amendment to the Gulf Technical Regulation GSO 1326:2010 on frozen yoghurt. It amends clause 14.4, specifying the requirements for claims regarding the type of milk based on its fat content. The criteria are as follows: Full fat (>3 g/100 g), Low fat (0.5 - 3 g/100 g), and Skimmed (fat-free) (<0.5 g/100 g).
