Prior to joining REACH24H USA, she worked at the Independent Beauty Association (IBA), where she collaborated extensively with local enterprises and industry associations. Her expertise includes assisting the sector in navigating government relations and addressing complex regulatory requirements to support the growth of the U.S. beauty industry.
Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from Clark University (USA). She remains committed to advancing human health and environmental protection through government relations and regulatory affairs, driving progress for both individual stakeholders and the global industry.
