Pauline is an active member in over 10 LIBNOR (Lebanese Standards Institution) committees and represented the Association of Lebanese Industrialists in the food additives committee, playing a crucial role in shaping industry standards and practices. Pauline's educational background and professional certifications underscore her expertise. She holds a Master's in Food Safety and Food Formulation from the Lebanese University and is certified as a Lead Auditor for FSSC 22000, as well as FSMA/PCQI certified and certified ToT.
