“Administrative Measures for Registration of Infant and Young Children Milk Powder Formula Recipes” was finalized in June and a grace period has been granted for formal implementation until Jan. 1, 2018. At the meantime, two supplementary documents in support of infant formula recipe registration have been drafted including the requirements for registration dossiers and field inspection.
A webinar series covering two sections will be hosted by Chemlinked to help the global infant formula enterprises understand the new requirements for China infant formula registration and its great impact on the whole industry.
The first webinar is aimed to introduce the overall infant formula regulatory system in China as well as the infant formula standard system, and interpret infant formula recipe registration requirements, including the requirements for product formula, nutrition facts, labeling information, etc.
