Ms. Summer Jiang obtained Master’s degree from the University of Leicester in management and bachelor degree from East China University of Science and Technology in food science and technology. She has extensive knowledge on regulations of food contact material, infant formula, food for special medical purpose and provides consultation service for ChemLinked members.
