The Specification and Standards for Food, Food additives, Etc. specifies quality requirements for foods, milk and milk products, food additives, apparatus and container/packages, etc., which are regulated under the provisions of Article 7 and Article 10 of the Food Sanitation Act.
Products that do not conform to these standards in terms of product design, manufacturing conditions, inspection results, etc are prohibited from being sold.
