Circular No. 17/2023/TT-BYT on Amendments to and Annulment of Certain Legislative Documents on Food Safety in 2023, and
On September 6, 2024, the authority issued "Consolidated Document 09/VBHN-BYT Regulations on Management and Use of Food Additives", which is an updated and consolidated document of the current effective version of Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BYT. It provides for the list of food additives; use and management of food additives and responsibilities of relevant agencies, organizations and individuals.
