The proposed amendments of GB 2761 involve the change of Aflatoxin B1 and Aflatoxin M1 levels in food for special medical purposes products. Please refer to China to Amend the Maximum Levels of Contaminants and Mycotoxins in Foods for the details. 

GB 2761 specifies the limit indicator of aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin M1, deoxynivalenol, patulin, ochratoxin A, zearalenone and fumonisin in foods. It incldues the scope, definition, usage principle, indicators requirement and description of food category.
