China to Amend the Maximum Levels of Contaminants and Mycotoxins in Foods

Contaminant limits for aquatic products and food for special medical purposes will be revised. For mycotoxins, limits for Aflatoxin B1 and Aflatoxin M1 are added for liquid-form FSMP products.
