Food Hygiene Regulations 2009

This regulation is applicable to all food in Malaysia. 

It includes: 

• Part I Preliminary 

• Part II Registration of food premises 

• Part III Conduct and maintenance of food premises 

• Part IV Food handler 

• Part V Special requirements in handling, preparing, packing, serving, storing and selling of specific food 

• Part VI Carriage of food 

• Part VII Miscellaneous

It also includes amendment in 2016.
