The technical regulation prescribes the limits for physicochemical indicators, safety indicators (heavy metals, mycotoxins, melamine, and microorganisms), testing methods, and management requirements (labeling, conformity declaration, and traceability) for fluid milk products. It applies to organizations and individuals producing, trading, and importing fluid milk products in Vietnam. It does not apply to formula milk for children up to 36 months of age, foods for special medical purposes intended for infants, and functional foods.
