Health Functional Food Code is to stipulate the manufacturing requirements, specifications, and test methods for health functional foods and ingredients to ensure their safety and quality control.
The regulation is effective upon promulgation, except for specific provisions which are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2027. ( specified in the regulation)
