Health Functional Food Code is to stipulate the manufacturing requirements, specifications, and test methods for health functional foods and ingredients to ensure their safety and quality control.
The Code shall enter into force on the date of its announcement. However, the revised provisions of Chapter 3. 2. 2-49 and Chapter 4. 3. 3-82 are scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2027. Refer to ChemLinked News for detailed revisions.
