Elaine Q. Borazon, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer at the Virata School of Business, University of the Philippines-Diliman. She is a food technologist with a PhD in Business Administration. She works as an independent consultant on quality management/operations management for various food manufacturing companies in the Philippines.
