This regulation is applicable for Formula for Certain Disease. 

Formula for certain disease products that conforms to the definition in Regulations Governing the Management of the Review, Registration and Issuance of Permit Documents for Food and Related Products, and that have obtained formula for certain disease license before Feb. 6, 2020, should comply with this regulation, starting from Jan. 1, 2022.
