This Regulations applies to natural health products in Canada. It sets the requirements for the sale of natural health products; the manufacture, packaging, labelling and importation for sale of natural health products; the distribution of natural health products; and the storage of natural health products.

This Regulation is current to October 2, 2024 and last amended on November 24, 2023.
