This Guideline applies to health foods in China. It gives a guidance of the ethical review of health food human consumption test, which includes general, organization and management of the ethical committee, responsibilities of the ethical committee, application and acceptance of ethical review, ethical review by ethical committee, decision and communication of ethical review, follow-up review, management of ethical committee documents and appendix.
