This regulation applies to health food. It specifies those ingredients that may be contained in a medicine that is listed in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods under section 26A or 26AE of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, and requirements in relation to the inclusion of those ingredients in such medicines. This is the latest version revised on March 22, 2024 and comes into effect on March 27, 2024.
