This Standard applies to all foods, and specifies the maximum limits for lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, tin, nickel, chromium, nitrite, nitrate, benzo[a]pyrene, N-nitrosodimethylamine, polychlorinated biphenyls, and 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol in foods.
