On Dec. 4th, 2018, SAMR released a notice of health food registration alteration. Manufacturers that apply for alteration of registrant or address information should abide by the following:
| Object | Management Method | |
| 1 | Manufacturers whose licenses are approved in accordance with Administrative Measures for Registration and Filing of Health Foods | Reissue a new health food registration license and annul the original license simultaneously. |
| 2 | Manufacturers whose licenses are approved based on the old regulations before Administrative Measures for Registration and Filing of Health Foods | Release the Notification of the Review Result of Health Food Registrant or Address Alteration. This notification shall be used with the original license together. |
How to Apply for Registration Alteration (Health Food)?
1. Visit http://bjzc.zybh.gov.cn to enter the health food registration management system.
2. Register and log in.
3. Click the second icon for information alteration.
4. Click “create” to create a new application for alteration. Then input the approval number.
5. Fill in the forms and click “save”. Then click “Print the application”.
6. When finished step 5, upload the data and click submit. Then you can check the progress status.
