Vietnam Promulgates Lists of HS Codes for Imported Products Subject to Specialized Inspection in the Agriculture and Rural Development Sector

On February 2, 2024, Vietnam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) promulgated Circular No. 01/2024/TT-BNNPTNT1, stipulating HS codes for goods under MARD’s management as well as imported and exported goods subject to specialized inspection in the field of agriculture and rural development. The Circular will be effective on March 30, 2024, replacing the current regulation, Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BNNPTNT.
