Jeanne Hoskin, PhD, has worked 34 years in the food and pharmaceutical industry (Wyeth to Pfizer to Nestle); she is currently an independent consultant and specializes in all aspects of food law including organic, special dietary foods, and foods for special medical uses for infants as well as adults. Jeanne’s most recent role in Nestle Nutrition was to in regulatory affairs to help bring new nutritional products and technologies to the global market and support foundation and training of Nestle Nutrition regulatory colleagues. Jeanne is an expert on China food safety law and GBs, as well as EU food law including EFSA and EC regulations, and US laws and health claims.
