China Approves the Registration of 16 Lithuanian Dairy Manufacturers

On Aug. 23, 2016, the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA) announced the registration of 16 Lithuanian dairy manufacturers, meaning that these 16 enterprises have been authorized to export dairy products to China. This is the first time that Lithuanian dairy enterprises have been approved and registered with CNCA.

This is the first time that Lithuanian dairy enterprises have been approved and registered with CNCA.

There are more than 20 dairy manufacturers in Lithuania. The huge potential of the Chinese market is significant for Lithuanian dairy enterprises especially as its food trade with Russia was banned in 2014, which accounted for 20%-40% of its total dairy output.
