[Updated] China Proposes 2022 Food GB Standard Legislation Plan

Update:

On August 5, 2022, China NHC officially unveiled the 2022 National Food Safety Standard Legislation Plan with no changes from the draft version. It is believed that various works on the legislation plan will be steadily proceeded soon. Stay tuned with ChemLinked for the latest progress.

On June 1, 2022, China National Health Commission (NHC) opened the comment period for the draft of 2022 National Food Safety Standard Legislation Plan until June 10, 2022. The proposed plan involves 41 national food safety standards. Details are as follows:
