On April 24, 2015, the final draft of the new Food Safety Law was passed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, which will formally take effect from October 1, 2015.
The final draft of Food Safety Law makes further adjustments on infant formula, health food, GMO foods, on-line shopping, etc., which will exert huge influence on both domestic and overseas food enterprises.
