On April 2, 2026, the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) released the Health Food Raw Material Directory: Lycopene (Draft for Comments) to publicly solicit opinions. The draft proposes adding lycopene to the health food raw material directory to further promote the filing work of health foods. Any feedback on the draft must be submitted by May 10, 2026.
