On June 25, 2021, Japan MHLW announced to revise the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of 4 pesticides and veterinary drugs, including Dichloroisocyanuric acid, Dyflumetofen, Tiadinil and Thiencarbazone-methyl. The changes came into effect after the promulgation.

Notably, provisions on the MRLs of Dyflumetofen and Tiadinil in the following foods have a one-year transition period. During the period, the previous provisions can still apply to this kind of food.
