On Mar. 4, 2019, Macau SAR released the Preservative and Antioxidant Usage Standard, stipulating the application scopes as well as corresponding maximum dosages of 39 preservatives and antioxidants allowable in food. This standard is not applicable to food for special dietary use (excluding infant and older infant formula food, infant formula food for special medical purposes, and supplementary baby food), lecithin and other 8 food additives.
The standard came to effect on Mar. 5th, and here is the partial list of permitted preservative and antioxidant (click here to see the detailed)

Preservative or antioxidant shall be processed by food grade standard and their dosage added in food should be as low as possible. Additionally they could be used in food raw materials and other ingredients (such as food additives), however, this item does not apply to infant and older infant formula food, infant formula food for special medical purposes, and supplementary baby food.
