Philippines FDA Proposes Automated User Account System to Streamline Online Submissions

Philippines FDA will centralize and automate user account registration/renewal for ePortal, ePortal2, and RRDPortal via the eServices platform. Accounts are valid for two years but auto-expire if no regulatory application is filed within one year of issuance/renewal.

On October 23, 2025, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the Philippines released a draft circular for public comment, detailing the implementation of a new Online User Account Registration and Renewal system. This initiative aims to automate and centralize user access for the FDA ePortal, ePortal2, and RRDPortal within the unified FDA eServices Platform. The change is intended to streamline the end-to-end online application process for all clients and stakeholders, including food manufacturers and importers.
