Hi, a question regarding to 'Operators should mark consumption notice on e-commerce platforms' Does oversea company selling on its CN website by using CBEC mode need to comply with this change? Many thanks!

Thanks for your question, as oversea companies do not have to file or register if they sell their products via CBEC, so it is not able for them to mark the notice as mentioned above. Currently, this regulation seems like only focusing on local companies and products via traditional trade. Hope this answer can make sense.
