China State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) publicized the List of Auxiliary Materials for Health Food Filing and Terms of Use (2019 edition) on November 6, 2019.[1] It will enter effect on Dec. 1, 2019. An additional 17 substances are included in this version:

List of Auxiliary Materials for Health Food Filing and Terms of Use (trial) was initially published in May 2017 and proposed to be revised in June this year (read news: SAMR Consults on Approval of 17 Auxiliary Materials Used in Health Food Subject to Filing)[2] before it was amended and published in November.
