As the “Administrative Measures for Registration and Filing of Health Foods” will be formally implemented from Jul. 1, 2016, the following directories are crucial to enterprises that are prepared for health food registration and filing:
- Health food raw material directory (the first batch of approved health food raw materials have been released)
- Health food function directory
- Health food auxiliary material directory
The first batch of approved health food auxiliary materials is released with the application scope and upper usage limit for each dosage form of health food including oral liquid, capsule, drops, granule/powder, tablet, and soft sweets, which includes:
- 235 food additives (also including the auxiliary materials pending for further verification)
- 59 food raw materials (also including the auxiliary materials pending for further verification)
