Shenzhen Market and Quality Supervision Commission jointly with Shenzhen CIQ formulated the technical document “cross border e-commerce product quality information monitoring for imported wine” (number SZDB/Z 257 – 2017), that will be implemented on 1st September 2017.The regulation is designed to control and standardize the quality of products purchased through CBEC, this document along with “cross border e-commerce product quality information monitoring for imported milk powder” was already approved by a Shenzhen experts group in April.
According to the document, all wine imported in Shenzhen through CBEC should provide:
-The Electronic version of Import Declaration and Inspection and Quarantine Entry Certificate;
- A Chinese language label complying with GB 7718 and GB 2758;
-Product Traceability information and product traceability code;
-Technical Indicators respecting the relevant safety standards and provisions.
From 1st of September only which meets the criteria listed above will be allowed to enter Shenzhen through CBEC.
