Singapore Updates the Maximum Residue Limits of Veterinary Drugs in Food

All traders in Singapore shall conform to the new MRLs of veterinary drugs in food after Jan. 17, 2022.

According to the announcement issued by Singapore Food Agency (SFA) on Jan.7, 2022, Singapore revised the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of veterinary drugs in foods. The new provisions on MRLs, which are in line with international standards, will be effective starting from Jan. 17, 2022.

The latest amendment involves more than 700 MRL items. Click here for the complete list of MRLs of veterinary drugs residues in food in Singapore.
