| 1 | Measures to overseas enterprises that impeded or evaded the onsite inspection | Stop importation from these overseas manufacturing facilities. (before: only apply to overseas workplaces that refused the onsite inspection) |
| 2 | Expedite customs clearance | E-materials used for the declaration offered by authorities in exporting countries are all recognized by South Korea, which is suitable for all types of imported food. (before: only apply to imported livestock products) |
| Importers with a good track demonstrating compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, etc. for consecutive 3 years can be exempt from a part of or the whole importation inspection. (Good import enterprises refers to those that conduct more than one hygiene inspection annually) | ||
| Logistics companies that gained the approval of "food transportation license" can transport the test sample of imported food. | ||
| 3 | Ease the burden on enterprises exporting edible meat to South Korea | Information like meat types, place of origin, etc. that have already been labeled on products can be deleted from the transaction details. |
