On 25 October 2013, Taiwan FDA announced to update test methods for specifications of 26 food additives, including Sodium L-Ascorbate, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Folic Acid, Polysorbate 60, D-Sorbitol , D-Xylitol ,Glycyrrhizin, D-Mannitol, Saccharin, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Cyclamate, Calcium Cyclamate, Aspartame, Steviol Glycoside, Licorice Extracts, Acesulfame Potassium, Ammoniated Glycyrrlizinate, Maltitol, Maltitol Syrup (Hydrogenated Glucose Syrup), Isomalt (Hydrogenated Palatinose), Lactitol, Thaumatin, Erythritol, Sucralose and Neotame.
